We had a problem in one of our bathrooms and everyone I spoke with at Premium was absolutely wonderful helping set up appointments (and they were also so gracious and helpful when we had to reschedule several times).Esteban was our technician and he was outstanding - let us know when he was on his way, was so gracious and thorough and knowledgable, and provided us with updates and feedback throughout the whole process. We had some unhappy guests staying at our house, and Esteban completely made their day - and ours!
